Our Philosophy

Grandma's recipes,
today's table

Our kitchen begins where Chef Tran's grandmother left off — in a Saigon home where phở simmered from dawn and every meal gathered the whole family. That spirit of generosity and craft travels with us here to Pukekohe.

We source from local Waikato farms: free-range chicken from Clevedon, greens from Bombay Hills growers, herbs from our own rooftop garden. The produce is Kiwi; the soul is Vietnamese.
